Long wall Crack at 45 degree angle in Burlington, ON

New sump in Dundas, ON
Customer had a high flow of water in his sump pit and needed an upgrade with a battery back-up system. With the sump located in the exercize room, the customer needed a sump system with a sealed lid so moisture could not come out and nothing could be dropped in.
Omni installed our SuperSump system with the UltraSump battery back up system.
Waterproofing in Hamilton
Our Customer arranged to have her basement waterproofed but before she had the work done, she had a plumber come in and open her floor to add a bathroom. When our job was finished, we re-concrete not only our system biut the area where her plumber opened the floor.
Crawlspace in turkey Point (No more spiders)
Our ustomer had a beautiful lakeside home in Turkey Point that they wanted to protect. It had a leaaking problem and sagging floors from humidity.
Omni Basement Systems encapsulated and waterproofed the crawlspace and added addition support to the main beam with SmartJack galvanized house jack system
The first step was to waterproof with Smartpipe drainage system which drans to the SmartSump designed speccifically for crawlspace that have encapsulated.
The next Step was to Encapsulate the Crawlspace using our very own moisture barrier called CleanSpace. Cleanspace is a 20mil thick, 7layer poly which is sealed and fastened permanently against the walls and piers.
Finally we add support to the existing beam using our fully galvanized and adjustable Smartjacks
As per our customer "for the first time in twenty years, I have no Spiders in the upstairs of the house"
Sump Pump replacement in Cambridge
Robert V. had just purchased him home and he noticed the Sump was outdated and did not trust it could keep up with flow. Also he had no battery back up system and the open lid sump was placed in a closet which could lead to mold from moisture coming out of the sump.
Phill at Omni Basement Systems recommended our SuperSump Plus and an UltraSump battery Back-up System. The Super SUmp features an airtight lid and a large Liner to accomadate an extra pump if required. The Sump ssytem also features the Zoeller M63 pump
