Omni Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Angela D. has had a rental property for about a year. This 1930"s poured concrete basement has always been damp with occasional leak. angela wanted no more water on her floor and improve the overall humidity in the home to make it dry and safe. 

Omni Basement Systems installed an interior drain system called WaterGuard and a patented Triplesafe sump System. To the owners surprise, the sump was going every 4 min during a dry spell. She is so happy that she went with the TripleSafe Sump SYstem. 
To improve the humidity in the house, Angela had Omni install their amazing Air system theat not only takes the humidity of the basemetn down so that it dry and safe, it also has a filtration system that will take dustmite droppings and any possible mould spores out of the air. 

Cayuga area is famous for bad soil conditions. Omni likes to call it "Haldimand Clay" When there is a wall crack in a poured foundation in this area, Our reps have to determine whether it is just a waterproofing job or it needs some structural attention as well. 

In this case, the crack was large enough and had some deflection in the wall as well that Phill recommended some carbon Armor stitches before waterproofing. The Carbon Armor stitch is Carbon Fibre fabrick which is epoxied to the wall across the crack to strengthen the wall from futher bowing (deflection) 

In these photos, the before and after the carbon armor is applied. They do not show the final waterproofing membrane applied over top. 

Gabriel T need to upgrade their sump in their crawlspace. To reduce the amount of moisture, they also needed a custom lid to seal any moisture from coming out of the sump jole.  They upgraded their existing sump to Zoeller M63 submersible pump. The Zoeller M63 is made of cast iron and features and incredible 5 year warranty

Bob has a house in Burlington with the original concrete sump system. The problem with this old style concrete sump pits is that the concrete liner doesn't let water from under the floor get into the sump pit and it is open to emit moisture into the air. 
Omni basement Systems istalled the SuperSump sump system. This system features the incredible Zoeller pump as well as an airtight lid, airtight floor drain and a high water watch alarm. The system looks great and the moisture in the air will be reduced. 

Daniel C. has a house in Niagara falls and wanted a new Sump pump system to protect his home. Omni Basement Systems recommended the Triplesafe system. The Triplesafe features Three pumps. Two pumps are cast iron Zoeller A.C. submersible pumps. The third is our own D.C. operated pump that runs off the very large battery back up power source.
