Leanne & Paul M. in Ridgeway, On thought, it was time to upgrade their current sump pump with a more reliable sealed sump pump with a battery backup sump pump. Omni recommended and installed the SuperSump Plus along with the UltraSump 4 battery backup. The Supersump features an airtight lid and floor drain, a high watch alarm, the incredible Zoeller cast iron pump, and a clean pump stand. The Plus part of the system is that it is an extra-large liner that can accommodate another pump should it be needed at a later time.

Derek has a crawlspace in Ridgeway, ON. The floor is soft in places and un-level as well. Omni Basement Systems installed the galvanized Smartjacks and a supplemental beam to support the floor. The current supports were merely blocks that had been shimmed a multiple of times.
Sealed crawlspace with vapor barrier in Niagara On The Lake, On
david in Niagara On the Lake Lake (NOTL) has a home with a craclspace. the floor is dirt and it will emit moisture over time that will rot his floor system. Also there were no proper jacks installed and as a result, the floor is sagging. Omni Basement Systems installed the vapor barrier called Cleanspce. Cleanspace is 20mil thick liner made up of 7 layers. 2 of the layers are cord reinforcement and there is a layer called ultrafresh that inhibits mold growth. To support the floor, Omni installed the Smartjacks system. The heavy duty, galvanized jacks are supported by large plates so they can't sink into the ground.

Howard in Niagara On the Lake wanted to upgrade her sump system to a triplesafe sump. The triplesafe is for home owners that want the best protection in their basement.
The Triplesafe features 3 pumps in one bin. Two of the pumps are AC and are cast Iron submersible Zoeller pumps. The third pump is D.C. powereed and runs off a 12V power cell. The power cell is kept charged by a smart charger that monitors the health of t he battery and the pump.
