Jill S. called Omni Basement system because they had a nasty crawlspace with a dirt floor. The crawlspace was leaking through the walls and from under the floor. The floor that was made of clay was very wet when we arrived

Phil from Omni Basement Systems designed an affordable plan to encapsulate the crawlspace and dehumidify the air to make a dry comfortable space for storage and to increase the value of the home. 

With the Cleanspace product Omni Basement System wrapped the walls and floor and a drainage system called SmartPipe ti drain to the TripleSafe Sump system. 

The Crawlspace is now dry, safe and Healthy. 

Francis called Omni Basement Systems with concerns about her mothers basement in Port Dover. Her sump overflowed and her walls were leaking from the Blocks. This is an a950 home with a block foundation. 

An estimator went out from Omni Basement Systems and determined that entire basement was leaking and recommended a full perimeter system with our patented waterGuard system and Super Sump. 

To fully damp proof and waterproof the basement, Omni Basement Systems installed their ThermalDry wall system on the walls. 

Julio M in Hamilton called with a concern that the basement apartment was leaking and the walls were getting moldy. 

An estimator came out from Omni Basement systems and drew up a plan to install an interior waterproofing system 

City permits were received and Omni was good to go. 

Omni Basement systems first tore out the interior walls and then started to proceed. Using WaterGuard, Omni installed an internal drainage system that connected to the SuperSump. 

The Customer now has a lifetime warantee that he won't have water on his floor for the life of the home which is fully transferable. 

Veronica L. has a backsplit in Hamilton, ON. She had bare block walls with lots of moisture in the blocks and occasional leak on her floor. 

Omni basement Systems intallesd WaterGuard drainage system and a Super sump. On this wals Omni installed ThemalDry wall membrane to direct moisture to the waterGuard system and reflect heat back into her crawlspace. 

Jim D. called to say that he had a 120 year old farmhouse in Pt. Colborne with a crawlspace. The farmhouse is rented out and the tenants complained about smells coming from the dirt floor crawlspace and the amount of constant dust in the house. 

Omni Basement systems came and to do a free inspection. Omni recommended three products as a plan of action. 

first job was to encapsulate the crawlspace to separate the dirt floor from the airspace. This is done by installing 20mil thick Cleanspace over the floor and up the walls and wrapping the piers. This works much better than just applying 6mil poly on hte floor which ca can come off easily when crawled. The Cleanspace will never com off the walls or floor because it is mechanically fastened and has cord reinforcement built in. The Cleanspace features a product called ultrafresh built right in which acts as a anti-microbial to eliminate mold growth. 

Step Two was to add Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifation sytem to protect the building materials, reduce odours and lower the humidity. 

The fianl step was to add supplemental support to the main beam with 3.5" diameter fully gavanized SmartJacks
