Omni Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Michelle has a Crawlspace cottage in Crystal Beach. THe crawlspace was too tight to go into and do any work. Omni asked Michelle to open up the entire floor to have the work done. Once the plank flooring and the subfloor was removed, Omni came in and encapsulated and Insulated the crawlspace with Cleanspace 20mil liner. 
Michelle was very happy. 

Bill in St. Catharines has a home with a crawlspace. because of moisture over the years, the floor was sagging and needed some support. Omni went to work and installed a vapor barrier called Clenspace to take of the moisture issue and Smartjacks to stabilize the floor from sagging. 

Mike in Burlington, ON,  needed a more reliable sump pump system with a battery back-up and a sealed lid. he had the original sump pump in his pit for 20 plus years and knew he was on borrowed time. 
Mike hired Omni Basement Systems to install the new ssytem. Dustin and his crew installed the SuperSump sump pump system. The SuperSump includes  a Zoeller M63 sump pump, a water watch alrm, a sealed lid with a an air tight floor drain and the UltraSump 4 battery back up ssytem. 

 Marc had a wall crack in his Burlington, On home. Omni repaired the wall crack with the patented Flexispan wall crack repair. Flexispan stays flexible for the life of the home and comes with a warranty that is transferrable to back that up. 

Bob, our sustomer wanted a sump upgrade with a battery back-up System 
omni upgraded his existing pit to include the great Zoeller M63 cast iron sump pump and attached the UltraSump 4 battery back-up system. Also installed is the WaterWatch alarm system which puts out an audible alarm if the water gets high in the pit.
