Omni Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Roy wanted a better and more reliable sump pump system in his Burlington Home. Omni installed the incredible Triplesafe sump pump system that features 3 pumps in one liner. 

James T. called asking about a sump upgrade from his builder installed sump. he wanted a back-up system with sealed lid.

Omni installed a Super Sump with with a the Ultra Sump Battery Back-up system. The Super Sump features a sealed lid that has a one way floor drain and a Water Watch Alarm.  James' sump is now sealed from anything falling into the pit but more importantly, sealed from gasses, bugs or smells coming out. 

Omni Baement Systems also installed an Iceguard to protect the discharge from freezing. 

Chamain in Burlington, on. has a house with 2 wall cracks under the basement windows. Omni Basement Systems was hired to seal wall cracks with our patented Flexispan wall crack repair. Flexispan is not like the injection system that most companies use because it stays flexible for the life of the home. This repair comes with a lifetime, transferrable warranty. 

Karla has a split level home with rear of house being a crawlspace that was not insulated. 

Omni Basement Systems used Rigid Foam insulation called Silverglo witch is graphite infused to bump up the "R" value. After we are finished, the header cavities will be spray foamed. 

Tim from Burlington, On is taking advantage of the Halton disconnect program and installing a Back Water Valve (BWV) and new sump in his basement. Phil quoed the job and Omni crew went to work. Eric and his crew installed the Mainline Back Water valve and SuperSump. 
Before we could install the valve, a company came in and and did CCTV of the sewer lines for the exact locatioon. (seen in before photo with tape on hte floor)
