Karina needed a safer and more reliable Sump Pump System in her Welland, ON home. Phil from Omni recommended the SupeSump sump pump system. The SuperSump features the incredible zoeller cast iron pump, an airtight sealed two piece lid, an airtight floor drain and a high water watch alarm to notify the customer if there is a problem inside.

David K. has a dry basement in Wetland, On but needed a high quality dehumidifier. Omni Basement Systems installed the incredible SanidryXP dehumidifier. The SanidryXP can remove unto 108 pints of water from your basement air per day. This will dry the basement air like nothing else. The Sanidry also has vent kits to allow you to put the unit in an utility room and vent it to the finished area. Mark has a corner of his basement that has been leaking and needs waterproofing. He already had a sump pump and wanted the waterproofing to flow into it. 

Omni Basement Systems installed the patented Waterguard system along the affected areas. A drain pipe is installed under the floor to the existing sump 

Michelle has a Crawlspace cottage in Crystal Beach. THe crawlspace was too tight to go into and do any work. Omni asked Michelle to open up the entire floor to have the work done. Once the plank flooring and the subfloor was removed, Omni came in and encapsulated and Insulated the crawlspace with Cleanspace 20mil liner. 
Michelle was very happy. 

Bill in St. Catharines has a home with a crawlspace. because of moisture over the years, the floor was sagging and needed some support. Omni went to work and installed a vapor barrier called Clenspace to take of the moisture issue and Smartjacks to stabilize the floor from sagging.
