Omni Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Peggy had a builder grade sump pump that was no longer working and wanted to replace it with something better. Omni Basement Systems replaced her sump with the SuperSump sump pump system. The Supersump features the incredibly strong Zoeller cast-iron pump, an airtight lid, a water watch alarm and an airtight floor drain. The Zoeller pump will pump out up to 2200 GPH. 

DonnaM in Welland has a house with a crawlspace. Donna noticed that the floors were getting out of level and had concerns for the safety of her home. The piers in the house were sinking and were not adjustable. 
Keith recommended add SmartJacks by Supportworks. Three Smartjacks were placed under the main beam of the house. The SmartJacks are fully galvanized and cannot rust. They are also fully adjustable in the case that further adjustments are required. 
Omni also removed debris and insulation to prepare for sprayfoam that is coming the following week.

The supports were made up of pieces of wood stacked on top of each other.  Omni basement Systems replaced the supports with the Smartjacks. The Smartjacks are strong, galvanized steel support jacks that sit on a very large base plate. They are also fully adjustable.
