Omni Basement Systems installed their patented vapor barrier called Cleanspace to seal off the ground moisture. this product, along with the drainage matting, comes with a 25 year warranty against rips or tears. Thsi area can now be used for storage without the worry of items being damaged. 

Atte has a typical crawlspace in ST. Catharines with a dirt floor, failing floor supports and outside vents that let damp air in. The dampness is the cause of most of the problems. Omni Basement Systems added floor support under the min beam and a vapor barrier called Cleanspace. Cleanspace is a 20 mil thick liner that has 7 layers for strength and flexibility. There is also a layer that is an anti-microbial that will resist mold. 

Omni Basement Systems repaired a crawlspace in Acton, ON. Omni installed Cleanspace vapor barrier over the dirt floor, Silverglow insulation on the walls, a sump pump and a Sanidry dehumidifier to take care of any remaining humidity. To help with the sagging floor joists and main beam, Omni installed SmartJacks.
The customer says that their crawlspace smells nice and it is warmer. The floors upstairs are now solid.

Cleanspace is 20mil thick liner made up of 7 layers. 2 of the layers are cord reinforcement and there is a layer called ultrafresh that inhibits mold growth. To support the floor, Omni installed the Smartjacks system. The heavy duty, galvanized jacks are supported by large plates so they can't sink into the ground.
