Our production manager remembers this job clearly. Our Omni crew had to work belly down to clean up and encapsulate this tiny crawlspace.
We were called out to Milton to have a look at this very nasty dirt crawlspace. The customer was complaining about sagging floors and a musty smell in their home.
As you can see the supports were made of a combination of blocks and wood which we replaced with our SmartJack Crawlspace Support System.
We also installed our SuperSump, SaniDry crawl space dehumidifier and our WaterGuard drainage system to keep the space dry. Then we sealed it off our CleanSpace encapsulation system.
Bill in St. Catharines has a home with a crawlspace. because of moisture over the years, the floor was sagging and needed some support. Omni went to work and installed a vapor barrier called Clenspace to take of the moisture issue and Smartjacks to stabilize the floor from sagging.
Marie has a building in Burlington with a crawlspace. Omni Basement Systems sealed the earth with a heavy duty vapor barrier called Cleanspace. The area is now dry and the house smells better not that the dirt floor is all covered.
