Very knowledgeable and efficient. Just the way I like it, no surprises. This was the second time I've used Omni's service. Both jobs were done to specs, on time, cleanup was thorough and I got exactly what Pete promised me I'd be getting. The site foreman kept me informed of their progress and all issues I needed to be aware of at the end of each day. The 3 downspout extensions and sump pump discharge work was started and completed in four hours during a steady heavy downpour. I figured they'd stop working but they didn't. They kept working during the rain until the work was done. They were soaked to the core. What more could a customer ask for? Great experience from a great crew. What I did find was this crew enjoys working for Pete. That tells me what Omni is all about. I wouldn't think twice about hiring Omni again.

The entire Omni team was responsive and knowledgeable. I was provided the utmost attention to detail and guidance throughout the whole process. I received very helpful and informative product/solution information in advance of the sales visit and then the installation crew with George (foreman) and Josef and Brian demonstrated skill and expertise to adapt and resolve the challenges of my unique install situation. David is a superstar -- thorough, personable, knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel totally confident that I am in the best hands. I had two previous quotes from other companies to do the work from the outside, I was not sure an inside solution would be the right one. But David changed my whole mindset and in fact, I now feel very happy with my decision. 

Ryan was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the process and he and his crew had to work some late hours. The crew were respectful and helpful with questions that arose. They worked well as a team, getting the job done well and putting in extra time to do so.  The last day of the project was a long one, yet they took the time to clean the driveway area very thoroughly, and take away any garbage.

Triplesafe sump pump system This is the 2nd home we installed a triplesafe sump pump system. The Omni Basement Systems team was great to deal with. The installation team was exceptional - prompt, courteous, respectful of our property; certainly a homeowners dream when it comes to dealing with any home improvement contractors.

Basement Waterproofing We chose Omni upon recommendation from our neighbours, and we're so glad we did. We had 3 companies in to give us quotes, and could tell quite quickly that with basement waterproofing, you get what you pay for. Omni wasn't the cheapest quote, but we're confident they did the best job. We had a crack in our basement foundation that had been "repaired" numerous times by the previous owners. We wanted to fix the problem once and for all, before we started the process of finishing the basement. From start to finish, Omni were very professional and are clearly experts in their trade. We were more than satisfied with the job that Omni did and we feel confident that our water problems are behind us. We wholeheartedly recommend Omni to anyone.
