But also A BIG THANK YOU for all you have done over the past few months to help me buy a new humidifier. You have so patiently answered all my questions, sometimes several times as I thought of new questions. Your answers have been clear and understandable but more important, they have come quickly. For someone my age, the way you have handled my search for a humidifier, is the way I think customer service should work, not the way it seems to be today--so again, many thanks.
Whatever you are paid, it probably is not enough! You are a great asset to the company.
