Omni Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Jun purchased a house in Niagara-On-The-Lake, on and wanted to repair the crawlspace with a vapor barrier and also add some insulation. The Design team from Omni Basement Systems recommended an encapsulation system that would seal off the earth moisture and add insulation.  The Cleanspace solution wasa best for this home. The system consists of a layer of drainage matting, a layer and insulation panels and finally a vapor barrier called cCeanspace. Cleanspace is a 20mil liner that is 7 layers thick. 
There is a product called Ultrafresh built in that inhibits mold growth.  

Mark has a home in Niagara On The Lake with a crawlspace that is damp and needs to be sealed with a vapor barrier. Omni Basement Systems installed the incredible sealant called Cleanspace. Cleanspace is a 20mil thick liner that has 7 layers. It is fastened and sealed against the walls. 

Antonia has a home with a block foundation. There were signs on the blocks of dampness and if there was a heavy rain, she got leaking. The previous owner tried to stop this with tar but that did not work.  Omni Basement Systems installed the patented drain system called Waterguard along with a wall membrane called Cleanspace to drain all the moisture intot an installed sump pump system. 

Anthony had a basement with both full height and crawlspace. 
The basement potion had a monolithic style foundation. Monolithic is when the floor and the footing is poured as one. This creates extra challenges for basement waterproofing. Basementy Systems own Drytrac system was installed. Drytrac gets epoxyied to the floor and drains the water to the sump.
