
Step cracking
This is the sign that your home is settling. the step cracking on the brick facade tells a story that your house is settling.

Push Pier bracket
The Pier bracket is installed under the foundation wall. This house does not have a footing so a galvanized piece of angle iron is mounted under the foundation wall to disperse the weight.

Pier cap
Once the piers are in place, they are capped off so that the won't move and it can support the home.

These are the galvanized tubes that are driven into the soil until they hit bedrock or supporting soil.

Lift cylinders
These smaller, red cylinders are used lift the home back into position.

Pier Log
The push piers are logged every 2 feet for the amount of resistance pressure they recording. This will tell if they are going to support the home.

Piers finished
once all the piers are pushed, they can be capped and the floor is ready to be restored. This is left for the city to inspect.
