This type of support traditionally are not adjustable and can settle into the floor.
Engineered fill
The footing of our smartjacks starts with a an engineered footing. A 2x2x2 foot hole is opened up.
Fill material
Engineered is placed and compressed intot he footing. This will create the bulb of influence. This will distribute the load throughout the cube.
12 x 12 plate and jacks
A 12x12 plate goes on the footing and the SmartJack is put in place
SmartJack adjusted and floor is re-concreted
