Wooden support
This house had floors supported by wooden posts. This is a problem in a damp Crawlspace. The structure can sink into the ground and as you can see, can lean over and no longer properly support the floor.
Adjustable jacks.
One of the best features of the SmartJacks is that it is completely adjustable.
Supplemental BEam
In this case, the beam that was there has been removed and the galvanized beam is installed.
Supporting the beams
Here we have fully galvanized and adjustable jacks supporting the new beam.
Crawlspace base.
A thick galvanized base is installed under the jack post for the most stability.
