Douglas has a house in Harley, ON and felt that wall on the main floor was not properly supported from the foundation. he called Omni Basement Systems in to help support the floor above. Omni Basment  Systems installed SmartJack XT from Supportworks. Smartjacks are fully galvanized steel house jacks with a big difference. the SmartJacks are designed to support 30,000lbs or 30 kips through an engineered fill system. This engineered fill distributes the weight through a bulb of influence. The Jacks are are also fully adjustable.
