Janice & Peter has a crawlspace in Kitchener where the floor joists were starting to sag. To fix the sagging floors, Omni Basement Systems installed the Supportwoks SmartJack system with supplemental beams. These engineer designed Smartjack are heavy duty and fully adjustable. The beam that they are attached to is made of fully galvanized, square tubing. To make sure the weight is distributed properly, the crew installed the Joist assist brackets which go under the joists and distribute the weight along the joist.
