Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Warm and dry Cleanspace in Acton, On

Mark purchased hi home earlier this year and he knew that he had to do something about the Crawlspace. The crawlspace had a dirt floor with a thin plastic liner over top. This liner did not do a good job stopping the moisture nor the smells from coming up. Also there was a poor job of insulating the walls. Omni Basement Systems repaired his crawlspace by leveling the dirt floor, Installing Smartjacks & supplemental beam system, a vapor barrier called Cleanspace, Insulating the walls and joist cavities and adding a sump and powerful dehumidifier.  The Cleanspace liner is a 20mil thick poly liner that has 3 layers of cord reinforcing built in and a product called Ultrafresh which is a anti-microbial to stop mold growth.
