This dirt floor crawlspace contributes to moisture in the air cavity
Raking and leveling
The first thing that we do is rake and level the floor for our product can drain any moisture toward the sump system.
Seal walls and drainage matting
Next we seal the walls with a Cleanspace liner and add Delta MS to the floor for drainage matting. The Drainage matting will help direct moisture tot he sump and protect the Cleanspace when crawling on it
Objects are sealed
Things like support posts or in this case, a water pressure vessel will be sealed around.
Sump System
We add a sump pump to collect the moisture and pump it away.
Cleanspace Vapor barrier
At last the Cleanspace vapor barrier is installed. It is mechanically fastened to the walls and sealed along seams and edges.
Everlast door
The Everlast door has gaskets to ensure a tight fit. It is very important to seal off any outside air.
