This area has n insulation and the gravel floor contributes to dampness and mold.
Silver glow insulation and Drainage matting
To the insulate the walls, Omni used the insulation panels called silverglow. Silverglow is graphite infused foam insulation panels with a reflective surface to direct heat back into the room. On the floor is a drainage matting to protect the vapor barrier and insure that the moisture is able to travel tot he sump pump.
Terra block
This layer of insulation is to keep the temperature up so that condensation does mot form.
Supersump
A sump pump is added to pump and dampness away.

Omni got creative in installing this discharge line.
Cleanspace vapor barrier
The last step is to add the patented Cleanspace vapor barrier.
