Before
mil poly on the floor does not do the job. The 6 mil poly will break down in extreme temperatures and will move when crawl over. These wood supports are not supporting the floor properly.

The moisture here will contribute to the rot and mould on the building materials
Base for Smartjacks
Before installing a smartjack, a base is created.
Galvanized plate
This plate will act as a footing for the smartjack
Smartjack installed
The Smartjack is installed and fastened tot he base plate.
Drainage matting
Drainage matting is added over the floor. This will protect the Cleanspace liner when crawled over. This will also distribute any moisture underneath
Cleanspace installed
Cleanspace moisture barrier is installed over the drainage matting and sealed onto the walls and any supports.
Tough liner
This 20 mil liner is tear resistant and comes with a 25 year warranty
Sealed against the wall.
The Creanspace is sealed against the wall over the sprayfoam.
Supplemental beam
This galvanized beam will support the floor where the original main beam has failed. The beam is supported by the Smartjacks.
