Before Claenspace vapor barrier
A lot of homeowner have the idea they can simply put down 6mil poly to stop moisture. This does not work as you can see. They poly does not seal well enough and can be pulled away from walls or supports
Previous vapor barrier
The 6 mil poly is not sealed up to the wall allowing moisture to escape into the crawlspace
Old Supports
In this case the supports consisted of blocks. Blocks are hollow and sink into he dirt or sand. Alos the blocks are not adjustable.

To support the sagging floor joists, Omni adds SmartJacks and Supplemental beams
Galvanized Smartjacks
To support the main beam, Omni installed the galvanized smartjacks under the beam. Notice the cleanspace is sealed tot he jacks

A sump pump system specifically designed for crawlspaces. This comes with an alarm in case you have a plumbing leak.
Cleanspace vapor barrier.
The 20 mil thick,7 layer cleanspace is attached to the walls and sealed against the walls and supports.
Supplemental beam.
To add support across the floor joists, a supplemental beam is added .

Galvanized jacks are added to the main beam and supplemental beams.
