Flexible sealant
After the floor is opened up, the crack is filled with a flexible sealant.
Drainage foam
A 4" wide piece of drainage foam is but over the crack to drain any water to under the floor in case the first sealant fails
Over the footing
Here you can see the concrete floor opened and the drainage foam goes into the gravel bed.
Flexible sealant troweled
The Flexible sealant that was added over the drainage foam, is troweled over.
Drainage flashing
A piece of Delta MS is attached over the footing to make sure any moisture goes into the gravel bed,
Install wall membrane
The final step is to add a waterproof membrane over the entire area and re-concrete the floor
