Drain pocket
The Flexispan includes a drain pocket which is cut into the concrete.
Flexible sealant.
The crack is filled with a flexible sealant.
Draiange foam
a 4" strip of foam is placed over top just incase the first bead leaks and water can drain down.
Flexible sealant troweled over
A flexible sealant is troweled over the drainage foam to seal the entire area.
Wall membrane
A piece of Cleanspace wall membrane is installed across the entire area and sealed at the edges so no water or moisture can get to a finished wall.
