Exposed wall crack
The drywall is removed to expose the crack to be repaired.
Dust screen
A sort of tent is put up to keep dust to a minimal.
Removed finiahed wall
The wall and floor around the crack is removed.
Sealant installed over crack
This is a 3 part sealant installed over the crack. The crack goes to footing so the floor is opened up.
Vinyl liner.
The entire area is covered with cleanspace wall membrane. IF there are any leaks, the water will be forced down under the floor.
Floor refinished.
Once all the membranes are installed, the floor is restored back to original height.
