Opening the floor
The first thing Omni does is to open the basement floor around the crack to not only expose the entire crack but also but all the membranes into the gravel bed
Flexible sealnt
Then a bead of flexible sealant is put into the crack.
Drainage foam
An open cell strip is then put over the bead of sealant.
Second layer of sealant
Another layer of flexible sealant is put over the foam.
Troweled smooth
The second layer of sealant is troweled smooth.
Fianl membrane
The final membrane is installed
Floor restored
The floor is restored back to original height.
