Wet walls
Water builds up inside of the block walls and will come out onto the floor when enough water is built up.
Trench is opened up and weep holes are drilled.
The trench will accept the waterguard and the weep holes will drain he blocks into the waterguard.
Sump pump liner installed
a larger hole is opened up to accept the liner for the sump pump.
wall membrane added
The Cleanspace wall membrane is fastened to the wall.
Floor is restored.
The floor is restored back to original height.
Inspection ports
These ports will allow a service person inspect or flush the system if need be. This is why our system comes with a lifetime warranty.
Supersump
this system features an airtight lid so moisture is not emitted into the airspace. There is a high water alarm incase there is an emergency.
