Water under floor
The water signs are visible by the cracks and the white efflorescence around them.
Concrete sump.
This sump is common in a 50s, 60s home. The weepers come into the sump like they should, however, the concrete liner does not allow under floor water to get in. This causes a build up of water under the floor which will cause the floor to crack and heave.
SuperSump installed
Our Supersump liner comes with perforations in the side of the liner to allow under floor water to be drained and pumped way. notice the size of the hole and the gravel around the liner. The gravel is for drainage.
Waterguard installed
The patented waterguard is installed under the floor at the footing/wall joint.
Cleanspace wall
This wall system will drain the water down to the waterguard.
re-concrete floor
after all the products are installed, the floor can be re-finished back to original height.
