Remove old repair
Omni has to first grind the wall down to remove the previous repair.

Add 3 layers of sealant.
First layer is bead of flexible sealant. The a 4" drainage foam. over top of that is a another layer of flexible sealant that is troweled over
Cover in cleanspace liner and concrete the floor.
Lastly, the team will cover the area in a wall membrane called cleanspace and then re-concrete the area on the floor.
