Charlotte in Georgetown had a foundation leak and needed a waterproofing system. Omni Basement Systems recommended the patented drain system called Waterguard. Waterguard is installed under the perimerter floor and drains to an existing sump pump our in this case our own Supersump sump pump system. To make sure all the moisture from the walls are drained into the system, cleanspace was attached permanently  to the walls
