Floor is opened up
The first step is to open up a trench at the perimerter wall
Sump pump installation
The sump liner is 20 inches in diameter but the floor is opened up larger. Because Omni liners are perforated, gravel is placed all around for drainage.
Waterguard in trench
Our patented drainage system, Waterguard, is placed in the trench and gravel is added.
Cleanspace wall
Once the Cleanspace wall is attached tot he 3wall, the floor can be re-concreted back again.
Re-concrete
The floor is refinished with fresh concrete.
ICeguard is added
The discharge from the sump goes out to the backyard. An Iceguard is added to prevent dozen discharge lines.
