Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: New sump with cleanout protection in Kitchener, ON

They wanted an upgraded sump system and they wanted protection from those dreaded cleanout boxes that are in most of the Kitchener homes. The cleanout boxes are a real pain to homeowners because they are an open hole in the floor. In spring when the water table is higher, water can  come up from the cleanout box and onto the floor of the home. What Omni Basement Systems did was ran a feed line from the cleanout to the new sump system. They also installed the amazing SusperSump that features, a Zoeller cast-iron pump, a Water watch alarm, an airtight floor drain and a 2piece, airtight lid.
