Drain pocket

The first step is to open the concrete floor and create a drain pocket as an aded precaution.

Fill crack with flexible sealant

The flexible sealant goes right into the crack and will stay flexible for the life of the home.

Add open cell foam

Next two steps are to add an open cell drainage foam just incase. If any water gets past the first line of defence, this will act as a drainage membrane. Then we seal it over with more flexible sealant.
