Trench is opened
Because the crack goes below the floor, a long trench is opened to expose the footing and gravel bed
Flexible sealant
A flexible sealant is troweled over the first three layers. to the very bottom of the crack.
Finished
When the process is finished, the concrete is restored and the insulation is taped back again.

Omni Basement Systems uses their own Cleanspace membrane to cover the entire area. At the bottom, a drainage membrane is used to go over the footing to direct any moisture into the gravel bed.
