Mike has a home in Dunnville, on and he wants to finish the basement for the grandkids. before he finishes the basement, there are a few issues to fix. The split level home leaks from under the upper level and he someti9mes has window wells fill up in a heavy rainstorm. keith from Omni Basement Systems suggested a full preimeter drian system and upgrade his sump system. Also add drains from the window wells so they don't fill up and leak anymore. Omni went to work and installed WaterGuard interior drain system and upgraded the sump to The superSump Plus. To take care of the window wells, Omni added WellDucts to drain directly into our system and to the sump pump.
