Robert's house in Simcoe, On had an area in the middle of the floor that was always wet. Phil inspected the basement and decided that he needs a sump pump with a feedline to the middle of the floor. Robert also wanted a floor drain in the middle of his basement. Omni Basement Systems went to work installing the amazing SuperSump with a Zoeller submersible pump. The SuperSump also features an airtight lid. A perforated pipe was installed under the floor to drain water to the new sump pump. At the end of the feedline, Omni added a neat floor drain. A batter back-up was also added called the UltraSump4.

Sump Liner

THE floor is opened up and the sump liner is set in place. it is important to install the liner so that the lid is flush with the floor.

The floor is opened up to the middle of the room and a perforated line is added which drains to the sump.

Airtight lid

The lid is installed which is airtight and also has an air tight floor drain and an alarm.

Discharge pipe

A discharge pipe is added up through the joist cavity.

A DC battery back-up system is added called the UltraSump4

IceGuard

An IceGuard is added in the discharge to prevent the discharge from freezing.
