Previous repair to be removed
The Injection method for wall crack repair constantly cracks and re-leaks. However, this is a cheaper method of repair so builders will use it to get past the warranty period.
Failed repair removed. Floor opened
When Omni comes across a repair done by a another company, they have to remove the nozzles from the injection style fix.
Flexible Layers
# Flexible layers are applied at this point. First our own Flexible sealant goes into the crack. Then an open cell foam and then covered with a flexible sealant
floor is opened up
The most important part of the system is putting all these layers under the floor slab into the gravel base.
Membrane applied
A bright white membrane is applied over the area which is mold resistant. this gets tucked under the floor.
Finished wall crack repair
The wall crack repair is sealed and very thin so walls can be finished.
Floor restored.
Once the wall crack is sealed, new concrete is mixed in the house and the floor is restored.
