WaterGuard drainage system
The perimeter of the floor is opened up and a trench is developed to install out patented WaterGuard interior drainage system. Eventually the floor will be re-concreted.

Weep holes
The bottom row of blocks are drilled to allow water sitting in the cavities of the blocks to drain into the WaterGuard drainage system and go to the sump. Once the blocks drain, the wall will dry out.
Window well drain
We can put drains in your window wells to drain to our system preventing it from going into your weepers
Well duct
This is the drain from the window well. it will put into a duct that goes to ouor waterguard and to sump

SuperSump
At the heart of our system is our SuperSump. It features a sealed lid, waterwatch alarm, airtight floor drain and the incredible Zoeller M63 pump
