Battery Back Up System in Fort Erie

Challenge

A cusotmer in Fort Erie contacted us in May because she had an unreliable sump pump. She wanted to finish her basement, but was experiencing random leaks that left large puddles of water on the floor. She knew she couldn't depend on her current pump to keep her basement dry, so finishing it as it was would've ended in disaster.

Solution

One of our system design specialists went out to her home to discuss the best course of action with her. They came to the descision that her solution would be a Super Sump with the Ultra Sump battery back up system that she can depend on to keep the pump running in a power outage.

One of our foremen, Ryan, and his team member Shea went out to install the system. As they got started on the work, Ryan discovered that they were dealing with a very high water level around the customers home. To keep it under control, Ryan recommended switching out the pump in the customer's Super Sump with a more powerful one. She agreed this was a good idea.

Now she has a system that she knows she can depend on to handle the water and she can finish her basement with complete peace of mind!
