The sales and installation team were good. However, I still do not have clear instructions on how to ensure the back-up pump is always fully functional. This is patently ridiculous. I need to know that the back-up system will work when needed to. That is the whole point of the system. I also had basement cracks repaired but your feed-back form only permits me to comment on one category of work.

Keith did a great job explaining all the options available.

The crew were very friendly and respectful of COVID rules. They took precautions to cover the carpeting. They did a professional job of fixing the cracks and installing the sump pumps. THE concrete repairs were adequate at best. The surface was much rougher than the baseline original concrete. The repairs to the insulation and moisture barrier was a bit shoddy.

We were warned that there would be a lot of dust which turned out to be true. We had to spend a good two hours cleaning the basement afterwards
