What made you choose our company:

I had heard about your company and knew of two houses that your company had waterproofed. Now for the price, I had two other contractors come in to price the job. The first one went to the wrong address and had no financing; while the second was a small company who continued to tell me that he did as good a job as the 'big' companies, he didn't have financing though his price was about half of what this job cost. I was never sent a quote from this company and the overall feeling I got was not good. But when Dave walked in and we discussed the process, financing was approved in less than five minutes - probably a shorter amount of time. I felt his confidence in the product he was selling and the company he represented. His affiable nature meant that despite cost, you were a reputable company with a design on doing everything to meet any customer's needs. Exactly what I wanted and needed to hear. The installation crew was exceptional, explaining what they were doing and cleaning up behind themselves every day. They were professional and easy-going. All of this means that you have a company that is happy and happy companies make customers happy! Thank you!
