The Triplesafe
This is the finished product. A Triplesafe sump pump system installed. This system requires two discharge lines for protection in case one fails. The battery beside the sump runs a D.C. pump in case of a power outage.
Previous pump
This pump system is undersized and only has one pump. The concrete liner does not allow any water from under the floor to weep in. this will cause the floor to heave in areas because of pressure from the water under the floor.
Liner set in place.
A large hole is opened up and a liner is set in place. Because this liner is perforated, gravel is placed around the liner and this will allow any water under the floor find it's way in.
Zoeller pumps set in place.
Two Powerful pumps by Zoeller are set in place and the discharge lines are attached. Also, a D.C. operated pump will be attached. (not shown)
Discharge with Iceguards
The new discharge lines are installed at a higher exit point to allow the Iceguards to be installed. The Iceguards will prevent the discharge from being clogged if it is frozen or plugged. The water will just come out of the holes at the top.
