7" wide strips of carbon fiber are adhered tot he wall with epoxy.

Core filled
The bottom 4 courses of blocks are filled with grout to solidify the wall.

Armor lock
The bracket is attached to the joist header and carbon fiber is wrapped through the bracket and also epoxied to the wall. This prevents the wall from tipping.

4' Spacing
the carbon fiber is spaced 4' apart to support the wall/
