This Crawlspace has a dirt floor which emits moisture into he air and over time, will rot the flooring system of the home.
Drainage matting
A drainage matting is used to protect the liner and make it easier to crawl over.
Cleanspace liner
The Liner is installed over the drainage matting and sealed against the walls and posts. This will not come off from crawling on it.
Smart Drain
this drains added in case there is a plumbing leak. The water will drain down to this vessel and there is an alarm to let the homeowner know.
Everlast door
A new door is installed that will seal off outside air.
