This is the wall before waterproofing. The drywall will need to be removed.
After tearout.
The drywall is removed exposing the damp blocks.
Trench opened
A trenched is opened along the wall joint.
Drain hole
This drain hole will drain water from window well.
Well duct.
This well duct will drain the water from the window well to the waterproofing system
Drain system.
The patented drain system will take the water to the existing sump pump.
Cleanspace wall system
A wall membrane called Cleanspace will direct any moisture tot he drain system.
Floor restored
Once everything is installed, the floor is restored to the original height.
