Photo Album: Support sagging main beam under garage floor in Guelph, ON

Terry has home in Guelph, On that has a room under the garage floor. The problem he experienced is that the beam under the floor was sagging. This is a problem because there are two cars parked over top of the beam. Omni Basement Systems, along with an engineering firm designed a support system using the Galvanized Smartjack XT and an engineered cast in place footing.
