Poured concrete basement
This house is about 30 years old and has never been finished. There was lots of signs of water coming up from the floor.
Trench
First we removed the pink insulation then dug a trench for the waterguard.
Walls
The Delta MS was used on the wall. and the Waterguard installed
Inspection port
One of the reasons that we have a lifetime warranty is the inspection ports that allow us to inspect or flush out if necessary.
Supersump
The entire system drains down to the Supersump sump pump system. The liner is perforated to lower the ground water.
Super Sump
This incredible pump features a Zoeller Cast-iron pump, water watch alarm and an airtight floor drain.
Iceguard

Buried discharge
This customer has just enough slope to bury his discharge line.
