Crack sealed with Flexible sealant
Our own patent sealant is used to sealed the crack
Drainage foam
a 4" wide strip of drainage foam is attached over the sealant just incase water gets past the first sealant.
Sealant put over the foam
the sealnat is then troweled over the drainage foam. The Trowling in not shown
Cleanspace wall membrane
A layer of cleanspace wall membrane is the permamntly attached over the entire area.
Floor is re-finished
All these layers are tucked into the gravel and the floor is re-finished
