Lina has a house with cold cellar wall that is bowing and has block shear. Omni Basement Systems can straighten this bowing wall over time with the PowerBraces by Supportworks. PowerBraces are gully galvanized "I" beams that are place against the wall with a fixed bracket on the bottom and an adjustable bracket on the top. The top bracket is tighten to approx. foot pounds and can be re-tightened over time to bring the wall back to original straightness.
