Powerbrace are galvanized "I" beams that aew against the walls and anchored at the footing and the floor joists.

In order to push the wall straight, Omni excavated the wall to take the pressure of the soil off of it.
Waterproofed and finished floor
The is after all the waterproofing is finished and the floor is re-concreted.

The floor is opened up in order to make footings for the powerbraces.
Footings
The footing is is made up of concrete and an "I" beam inside. Normally we would bolt the Powerbrace to the house original footing but given the age of the home, the original footing is not large enough to support the Powerbrace.
Horizontal crack
Tell tale sign that there is having a bowing wall situation is that there a horizontal crack in a your foundation.
